Tyler Page of Clone Army Customs Rips of School Child

My son  ordered a custom clone on April 13, 2011 for his THIRD quarter report card from Clone Army Customs.  Tyler Page runs this site.  It is now JULY 5, 2011 and not only have we NOT RECEIVED the clone, Tyler Page of Clone Army Customs has not responded to my three emails or my invoices through Pay Pal.  It seems PayPal is uninterested in "protecting our purchase" of the clone figure as it is more than 45 days since the invoice - but Tyler Page of Clone Army Customs knows how to work the system - his general delivery date isn't until AFTER that, so you can never dispute the delivery!!  What a great scam to RUN AGAINST CHILDREN.  If he would SIMPLY reply to our emails, this would go so differently - I want my money back, sure, but I'd rather my son have the toy he chose for getting an almost PERFECT report card (way back in APRIL, dear lord, who does this sort of thing??!!).  I am hoping Tyler Page of Clone Army Customs will respond, hopefully by DELIVERING THE GOODS WE PAID FOR.

The same thing has happened to us - we ordered something on May 21 and since then have sent two emails after waiting patiently for the maximum 5-7 weeks that we were told...

Of course my credit card was charged promptly... and now we are past the 45 days, too.

Same here, I ordered on June 2nd, 2011. Still no response and no goods. Tyler Page is ripping off parents buying reward gifts for kids. This is just a great shame. I have lodged complaints against paypal and http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

Lets find a way to shut his site down.

He returned our money - I sent him an invoice back thru paypal and posted on the discussion board attached to his site.

Ditto. I ordered $181 in Clone Army Customs back in March, 2011 for my son's birthday gift. It is now December, 2011 and still no delivery. I have sent Tyler Page 8 emails requesting status, but he has yet to respond to any of my inquiries. My son has finally stopped asking when his birthday present will be delivered. PayPal wouldn't help in that I did not request their assistance until 90 days from the date I placed my order which is after the grievance period where they will intervene. Don't be mislead by Tyler's posts that he is backlogged and is feverishly working to catch up on his backlog of orders. Very sad that this young man has elected to scam young boys that are intoxicated by everything Star Wars.

Update from the post above: Tyler finally responded to my 8th email that he would mail my son's order from March 2011 on December 20, 2011. It is now January 19th, 2012 and still no package. My son was so excited that he was finally going to receive his clone army customs that were ordered for his birthday last year. Talk about rubbing salt in a little boys wounds. I can't believe this guy. If he had no intentions to mail his birthday present then why even send an apologetic email indicating that this was an oversight on his behalf that would be corrected immediately. He even went so far to write that he would throw in some extras for our troubles. What an absolute cruel joke to play on a little boy! I shouldn't have shown my son that email! The anticipation ruined his Christmas.

Another casualty here as well. I ordered a custom trooper for my son's birthday and waited 10 weeks--nothing. I emailed Tyler Page (if that is in fact his name and not an alias) several times. No response. I think he tells people he is backlogged and can't send out the product for a delayed period to get past the time that Paypal will intervene. This is by design.
I plan on filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission today. "Tyler Page" should be shut down.

Tyler Page spends much of his time at conventions accross the country and when he does this, he suspends his store activity. This is probably what has happened to the people commenting hate. Also, the fact that someone decided to create a website called "clonearmycustomssucks" and also misspell the word off suggests that a child or teen is running this site, or possibly an incompetent adult. Also there are PLENTY OF OTHER SITES from which to buy from, Minifigs4u and Arealight being two of them. It's horrible that a child's christmas was ruined because of this but that is no reason to pollute the internet with this garbage.

This is all crap. Don't listen to any of this. I recently ordered some CAC myself and received my order in 3 days. THREE DAYS. I personally know Tyler and he is a great guy. My first order came 2 days late because he had so many orders! He even quit his job to run Clone Army Custom, and had to hire some extra help! Don't ruin Clone Army Customs for other kids!
